On November 3, 2022, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia issued a new export regulation under Regulation No. 155, Year 2022.
According to Article 5 Verse 1 Point (d) of the new regulation, with effect from January 2023, exporters are now required to submit a common Export Declaration Form (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB)) to Customs for all shipments weighing above 30 kilograms. Please refer to the table below for more details on this regulatory update:
