The Orders page is where everything starts. Whether you create orders manually or sync them from your Shopify store, this is where you’ll review, update, and move shipments forward. Here’s what you can do on the Orders page—and what each status and button means.
🧾 Order Overview at a Glance
Here’s the big picture of your Orders page. If you have connected your Shopify store with UrShipper, all the unfulfilled orders will be automatically synced here.
Each order row displays the essentials:
Order Number and Order Date
Ship To (Receiver’s name and location)
Items in the order (with declared value)
Package Info (if already added)
Estimated Rate (will only show up if all required info is provided)
Action Buttons (View Order, Create Label, Print Label, and View Shipment)
🟧 What Each Button Does
The action buttons on each order change based on the order’s completion status.
It’s UrShipper’s smart way of guiding you—so you’ll always know which orders are ready for label creation, which still need info, which are already has its label created, and which are already shipped.
View Order: Some info is still missing (like items or packages). Click to complete and move it forward.
Create Label: The order has all required info and is ready for you to generate its label.
Print Label: Label already created—click to print it.
View Shipment: Order has been processed into a shipment. Click to track its progress and updates.
Once you’ve successfully created a shipping label, the shipment for that order is also officially created. You’ll find it listed on the Shipments page, where you can easily track its progress easily. The carrier tracking number will be available as soon as the shipment is processed at the UrShipper Office.
🔄 Order Status Tabs
Use these tabs to filter your orders based on where they are in the process:
All – View every order, regardless of status.
Drafts – Orders that haven’t had a label created yet.
Label Created – Orders with a shipping label already generated.
Ready to Ship – Orders with labels already printed—just waiting to be dropped off.
Shipped – Orders that have been handed over to UrShipper or carrier—and are now on their way to your customers.
📦 Editing Orders
To open the Order Details page, you can:
Click the View Order or Create Label button, or
Simply click anywhere on the order row—yep, the whole thing is clickable—you'll see it turns light orange when you hover your cursor on the order.
From there, you can edit anything you want using the Orange Pencil Icon on each section you want to edit:
Once everything's filled in correctly, just hit Create Label to move forward and ship it out.
Please note that you can only edit the orders that you haven’t shipped—so do double check and ensure that everything is correct before handling them over to UrShipper.
