Service Limitations

Consolidated Shipping Service
Unlike our express courier services, UrShipper x Landmark Global is a consolidated shipping service. Shipments are grouped together before being transported to the international postal hub in Singapore. As a result, dispatches are scheduled 2–3 times per week.
Tracking Information
The tracking number displayed in your Shipments list and automatically synced to Shopify is the Landmark Global tracking number.
As a result, tracking updates will generally begin after the consolidated shipment arrives and processed in Singapore hub.
If you'd like to monitor the cross-border transit, you can view the consolidation tracking number from your UrShipper Shipment Details or Tracking Timeline.
