How it Works
When you first sign up with UrShipper, we’ll use your estimated shipping volume to place you into a matching tier. After 4 weeks, your actual spending takes over. Based on how much you’ve shipped, you’ll land in one of the four tiers.
Leveling Up
If you reach the minimum spending for a higher tier during your 4-week period, your account will be upgraded to the higher membership on the very next Monday—and your discounts will go up too!
Leveling Down
Dropped below the minimum spending? No worries—you’ll get a grace period: an extra 4 weeks at your current tier to catch up. Only if you still haven’t met the minimum spending after the extra 4 weeks (8 in total), then you’ll be leveled down.
Stay in the Loop
One less thing to worry about.. You can always track your spending and membership level from your Account Details.
And we’ll always keep you updated on when you level up or if you’re at risk of levelling down too via in-app notifications or email.
