How it Works
When you first sign up with UrShipper, we’ll use your estimated shipping volume to place you into a matching tier. After 4 weeks, your actual spend takes over. Based on how much you’ve shipped, you’ll land in one of the four tiers.
Leveling Up
Every 4 weeks, we check your shipping spend. Hit the minimum spending of higher tier? You’ll be leveled up—and your discounts will go up too!
Leveling Down
Dropped below the minimum spend? No worries—you’ll get a grace period: an extra 4 weeks at your current tier to catch up. Only if you still haven’t met the minimum spend after the extra 4 weeks (8 in total), then you’ll be leveled down.
Stay in the Loop
One less thing to worry about.. We’ll always keep you updated on when you level up or if you’re at risk of levelling down via in-app notifications or email.
Trial Access
We know you want the best deal for your business—so we offer a 4-week trial of our Diamond tier by request—with no minimum spend required.
During the trial:
You’ll enjoy the Diamond-tier discount: 12.5% OFF for all of your shipments during this period.
At the end of 4 weeks, your tier will be automatically adjusted based on your actual spend.
Pro tip: If you maintain the required spend, you’ll stay in the Diamond tier—no action needed!
