Managing Your Shipments

The Shipments page is where you can monitor all your shipments after labels have been created. You’ll find the full list of orders that are now in the fulfillment process—whether they’re pending, ready for drop off, or already on their way. Let’s walk through how it works:


📋 Shipment Overview at a Glance

Each row gives you a snapshot of:

  • Shipment ID and the ship date

  • Ship To recipient and destination

  • Package type and quantity

  • Total shipping cost and carrier

  • Tracking ID

  • Current status (e.g. Ready for Drop Off, Shipment Accepted)


🔍 Shipment Status Tabs

At the top, you can quickly filter shipments based on their status:

  • All: See every shipment regardless of status

  • Processing: Labels created but still awaiting drop-off or dispatch

  • In Transit: Shipments already on their way

  • Exception: Shipments with delivery issues or customs hold

  • Delivered: Successfully delivered to the recipient

  • Undelivered: Returned or failed deliveries


📦 Shipment Status Tags (What They Mean)

Here’s a quick guide to every shipment status:

Status

What It Means

UrShipper Label Created

You’ve created the label, but haven’t printed it off yet.

Ready For Drop Off

Label printed—now attach it and bring to UrShipper.

Shipment Accepted

Package is approved at UrShipper and queued for dispatch.

Shipment On Hold

Needs additional action. Check the hold reason.

Shipment Rejected

Didn’t meet requirements. Check the rejection reason.

Label Processing

Waiting on the carrier label to generate.

Carrier Label Created

Carrier label, tracking number, and Commercial Invoice created.

Ready For Dispatch

Shipment is moving forward.

Cancelled

Shipment has been cancelled.

Transit

Shipment is on the move. Track with the carrier.

Exception

Delay or issue during transit. Check on the shipment details.

Delivered

Shipment successfully delivered.

Returned

Shipment being sent back to you.

Lost

Shipment has been declared as lost by the carrier.

Damaged

Shipment damaged in transit. Claim will be processed.

Abandoned

Shipment was not released or claimed—now considered abandoned.

  • Check tracking ID & carrier

  • View shipping timeline and order data

  • View declared items and customs info
